in commemoration of

The Great — and Final — Passover+

CHRIST our Passover+

is sacrificed for us;

therefore, let us keep the feast.

not with old leaven,

 

neither with the leaven

of malice and wickedness;

 

but with the unleavened bread

of purity (Gk) and truth.

The FIRST Supper

 

The disciples made ready the Passover for The LORD and His+ disciples to eat.  It was indeed the LAST Passover The LORD JESUS would eat.

However, for the disciples, it was their FIRST Supper, their first Communion with the Body and Blood of The LORD CHRIST. 

At this time, The LORD instituted His+ Holy Communion, or as the Early Christians called it, the GREAT THANKSGIVING , the Eucharist ( GK ). 

From Matthew’s account, chapter 26:

And as they were eating, JESUS took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said,

Take, eat; this is My+ body.

 

And HE+ took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying,

Drink ye all of it;

For this is My+ Blood

of the New Covenant,

 

Which is shed for many

for the remission of sins.

From Mark 14:

 

Take, eat: this is My+ Body.

 

And HE+ took the cup, and when HE+ had given thanks, HE+ gave it to them: and they all drank of it.

 

This is My+ Blood

of the New Covenant,

Which is shed for many.

 

 

And from Luke 22:

And HE+ took the cup, and gave thanks, and said,

 

Take this, and divide it among yourselves:

 

For I+ say unto you, I+ will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the Kingdom of GOD shall come.

 

 And HE+ took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying,

 

This is My+ Body which is given for you:

this do in remembrance of ME+.

 

Likewise also the cup after supper, saying,

 

This Cup is the New Covenant

in My+ Blood,

Which is shed for you.

 

But, behold, the hand of him that betrays ME+ is with ME+ on the table.

Thus, HE+ gave them their FIRST Communion at the LAST and Final Passover.

This Final Passover was no mere “remembrance.”  No. It was the actual thing which GOD had prepared for His+ people all along.

During any ACTUAL Passover which is NOT a mere remembrance, there must be blood shed to cover us so that we are not destroyed with the unbelievers. The blood COVERS the sinner who has repented before GOD. ( Heb. = kippor = covering, or, Gk = hilasterion, a Divine lid covering the Ark of the Covenant )

In one sense, GOD performed a precursor to the first Passover when HE slew animals to COVER Adam and Eve’s nakedness, Genesis 3:21.

Did HE also cover their sin that day, so that the satan could not destroy them? The satan was certainly upon earth at that time because through his wiles, Adam and Eve brought sin into the entire Adamic race of men.  

Some say the animals slain for their coverings were Lambs. It could have been, but Scripture is silent on this. No blood had been shed on planet earth before that time.

 

No blood at all,

of either animal or man. 

 

Would that HE+ would return

and restore planet earth

to that pristine state !

Thus, as our LORD prepared to enter into GETHSEMANE’s garden after eating the Passover Meal, HE+ prepared His+ disciples with His+ Body and Blood to face their battle of great fear, horrifying doubt, and immense sorrow that would soon follow. 

 

Gethsemane, a word from the Chaldean / Aramaic language, was the place for pressing out oil by crushing the olives. Somehow, the “gath” root of this word also means a treading of grapes to produce wine.

Both meanings show us Whose+ Life was being crushed, treaded down, and wrung out  during this Final Passover night in the garden of “Gethsemane.”

 

From Luke 22:

Saying, FATHER, if THOU be willing,

remove this cup from ME+:

 

nevertheless not My+ will,

but Yours, be done.

 

And there appeared

an angel unto HIM+ from Heaven,

strengthening HIM+.***

 

 

And being in an Agony

HE+ prayed more earnestly:

 

and His+ sweat was

as it were great drops of blood

falling down to the ground.***

*** Modern versions have removed those last two verses from their Bibles, which is totally unjustified. Those Bibles are faulty and not to be trusted as the ACCURATE Word of GOD. Beware of the modern versions.

A very well-learned, Spirit-filled man of God who isn't afraid of tackling the hot topics in today's overheated political arena to spread the truth of God's Word.  I've heard that glaciers were disappearing but yet we still have the same amount as we did 100 years ago (general guess).  NYC is supposed to be underwater now and happened back in 2012.  First it was "global warming," and then when it cooled down, it became "climate CHANGE."  Well, guess what, this world has gone through periods of warming and cooling since God created the world.  IF this "theory" is, indeed, true then since when could "man" do anything about the weather or nature.  It is because it is God's Will and while I am against waste in ALL ways and especially as a rabid animal lover, God created nature to do what it is supposed to do.  If we upset that balance in nature, things will go wrong at a very rapid rate.  When a bug or reptile no longer has a use in God's circle of life, that balance will shift.  However, killing elephants, lions, etc. as a trophy, oh how disobedient to the Word of God you are!  Stop it.  Learn the truth behind the lies and ALL truth can be found in the Bible.  Learn how to read AND understand it.  Not that hard!  God bless.  BTW, not a debate, believe this or not, it's God's plan regardless.  Pray!

THROUGH THE BIBLE BY DR. J. VERNON McGEE: PART SIXTY

Part Sixty of this awesome series. I missed yesterday and I'm sure I'll miss more days. My goal is to do my blog Monday through Friday and take the weekend off for my own Spiritual and family needs time.  I will be honest, doing my blog every day and trying to keep up with all my Google communities became a burden.  I could not keep up,I felt as though I was letting you down; my time to restore my broken family relationships was gone and the biggest problem, my own Spiritual needs took a backseat.  Now I am a firm believer in that others come first but I also know that I can't help anyone if I'm Spiritually sick or weak too.  I shared a lot but actually listened, watched or read very little.  I skimmed it over to make sure I saw no obvious false teachings and my intentions were good, to set some time aside for me but it just piled up.  So, for everyone's sake, my goals and plans are reasonable.  We also need downtime and there's a time for everything, even play.  God gave us a day free of work and things that were burdens.  I fear we've totally missed the point of what the Sabbath rest was meant to be.  It was created before man's fall.  It's our day and I don't care what day (if any special day) you choose to take a break from everything, take time to refresh, renew, and just enjoy God's love.  Go to the beach and be awed by a shell or go watch the clouds make shapes.  Just enjoy your life with Him!!!

God Bless You All and Soon it Will be "Resurrection Day."  I do not celebrate Easter.  We never did other than I got a new dress.  I wasn't raised on the Easter Bunny although my mom and dad allowed my sister and I to make our own baskets.  We died eggs but our only focus was on the Cross but the MAIN focus was on the Victory Over Death and Hell by the Resurrection of Christ Jesus.   I won't debate whether or not we should, we're told NOT to judge others based on what days they chose or chose NOT to esteem.  I imagine Paul is talking to everyone and not just the Jewish people.  So please no judging on my pages or getting into arguments on pages about whether we should or shouldn't celebrate Easter.  I admit I don't like the name BUT I call it Victory Day!  Just my humble opinion but to not acknowledge it in a holy and way that honors Him, that's wrong.  It IS our day of Salvation.  For the first time in my life, I choose to bring glory to Him on that day!  It is NOT a pagan holiday but it IS the timeline date of His resurrection.  The best way is to share the Gospel to the world!

CAN CHURCH ATTENDANCE CORRUPT YOU?

A Holy People-Set Apart

There is no doubt that America’s culture has become more vulgar and coarse in the past few decades.  This coarseness has made its way into the culture of the church and it has taken its toll on the Christian community.

Why do you come together?

The Apostle Paul’s rebuke to the church in Corinth including this assessment of the effect in the lives of the people attending that church, “ye come together not for the better, but for the worse.” The Corinth Church had adopted the world’s, actions and behavior into their fellowship and the end result was not just a lowering of the moral standards in the assembly of believers but providing an environment for a culture to develop that was more vulgar than what was found in the community of Corinth.

Coexisting

The secular approach to worship that is being adopted by many church groups has established a comfortable environment for unbelievers to co-exist with the God’s people. The outcome of a adopting the culture of the world into the church is not just providing a non-confrontational environment for the unbeliever but has established a culture where the morality of the world is being adopted by the Christian community.

This is a biblical truth, “evil communications corrupt good manners,” the ESV translates this teaching as, “Bad Company ruins good morals.” Why should we be surprised when immoral lifestyles are accepted in the church community? God’s word establishes this as the outcome when you accept immoral people in the fellowship that is reserved for the born-again followers of Christ. 

Teaching the Truth

It is not uncommon for people who are co-habiting to be accepted into full fellowship in many church groups today. The acceptance and promotion of sodomy in America’s Church are reaching a point where many pastors, leaders and church members are not willing to teach the truth about the spiritual effects of this abomination. The decline of the Church in America is documented in the book The Church from Conception to Misconception and reveals how the truth of God’s word is a sacrifice on the altar of numerical growth in the institution of the Church.

The teaching of this biblical truth,

“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God”

is absent from many church groups today.

If this message is missing from the teaching of a church group, then the words that follow this warning will not be applicable,

“And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”  

Hiding the need for the Savior

To be open to lifestyles that God finds worthy of death is not the way to love a sinner, “Open rebuke is better than secret love.” To accept sinful behaviors in the church assembly with the end goal to expose them to God’s love is a tool of the devil. At the very best you are hiding the need for the Saviour from the lost. Hiding the truth of God’s righteousness from the sinner is unconscionable and by so doing you become their enemy,

“Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.”

Vulgarity in the Lord’s church is beneath who you are in Christ. The measure of a Church is not the coarseness of this world tolerated in the name of evangelism but the ability to stand apart, alone and powerful not in the shadow of the culture of this world but in the power of God’s Spirit.  

"BLOODLINE" BY DALLAS HOLM

This is a beautiful song by Dallas Holm.  We are born into the "bloodline" of a King!  It's a playlist of many of his greatest songs.  Now this is a man of God!  You might not feel like you're at a rock concert or "feel" a lot of emotions but some of his songs, well, tears flow.  I'll Rise Again; I Saw the Lord and others are pure POWER and you can hear the passion for Jesus Christ in his music.  He always gives the Gospel Message during and after his concerts and guess what...no scandals, no accusations of being a "false prophet," and he's not wealthy like so many of today's new musical "artists" are today.  His ticket prices were 2 cans of food (minimum) for the local food bank and the book(s) he wrote,well, FREE!  His wife was battling breast cancer the last time I saw him in concert and, to the BEST of my knowledge, she was healed but don't quote me on that.  I do know that IF she died (her name is Linda) and I'm pretty sure she didn't, she was given many, many years.  I did Google search him not too long ago (maybe 2 or 3 years ago) and she was still alive after at least 20 years.  I say that's God's Hand!  Be blessed and enjoy this awesome and amazing playlist.  Do not expect a rock concert...if so, you'll be disappointed but the music is OUR generation's greatest sound!

HEBREW WORD OF THE DAY

Apparently we'll being learning the words of our bodies for a short time.  Our first word is EAR...

Please take notice of the complexity of the "ear" and how much it takes in order for our "ears" to hear.  I hope the eye is next as I have much to say on that, as usual, lol!  The first is just our outer ear!   It's a pretty simple design, not very attractive and actually has very little to do with our ability to ear sound, like music or the words, I love you!

This next one is of the different parts of the ear that are essential to work in complete harmony (pun intended) in order for us to hear anything at all.  If just one tiny part fails, our ears aren't able to properly distinguish sounds.

I worked in the medical field and the ear is one of THE most simple of our organs. Talk about complex, check out all the nerves, veins, and other parts that are vital, even absolutely necessary, in order to see and remember, we have two.  The chances of us being an accident or evolving from some primordial ooze or single piece of cosmic space dust is so unlikely that it's like 10 to the twenty trillionth power  for just ONE eye to exist and that doesn't include any other organ, and fails to mention the other billions of DNA strands in our bodies.  Two eyes working and existing?  That's when if this number doesn't amaze you, all I can say is you are BLIND, DEATH AND SPIRITUALLY DEAD!  Check out some "Creative Design" debates, videos or books for some truly astounding facts about our bodies and the real complexity of DNA and how each tiny strand contains millions or billions of essential things (so many THINGS) that numerically, and numbers are absolute and cannot change or lie, (believe me, I've tried to get very creative with my banking account and if you only have $5 in there, you cannot manipulate the numbers to even get a penny) as I'm sure you all have too, lol.

GOD CREATED US AND EVERYTHING ELSE IN THIS WORLD.  IF YOU BELIEVE IN THE FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT WITH YOUR WHOLE HEART AND MIND, YOU WILL HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.  YOU WILL NOT PERISH!  WE ARE NO ACCIDENT OR "FREAK OF NATURE."  IF WE EVOLVED, TELL ME 2 THINGS, PLEASE.  WHY ARE WE DE-VOLVING PHYSICALLY, SPIRITUALLY, INTELLECTUALLY AND MORALLY?

SECOND, HOW DID NOTHING CREATE SOMETHING?  USING ONLY YOUR TWO HANDS, MAKE ME A PIECE OF DUST.  NO CHEATING, MAKE A SPECK OF DUST APPEAR BY ACCIDENT.  CREATE IT.  YOU CAN'T, DON'T TRY.  A PIECE MAY LAND ON YOUR HAND BUT YOU CANNOT CREATE ANYTHING.  WE PRO-CREATE.  PLEASE CHOOSE HIM INSTEAD OF PUTTING YOUR CONFIDENCE IN WHAT MAN SAYS.  MAN, LIKE THAT EVIL ONE, IS A LIAR AND THAT, DEAR ONES, IS OUR REALITY!

MESSIANIC RABBI JONATHAN CAHN: AMERICA WILL FALL ECONOMICALLY

I realize some call Rabbi Cahn a "false prophet" as he was so sure he had the timeline right, he made a huge mistake of "date setting."  There are others that don't like that he tries to sell us his books and others who don't like the person's show that he's invited to speak on a lot.  I have personal opinions on all 3 of these issues myself but as Rabbi Cahn was THE first Messianic Jew I ever met or heard of in my life, he sort of changed my way of thinking and I learned so much TRUTH by listening to him that I came to the conclusions that one, he made a bad decision too date-set BUT it was based entirely on how he interpreted key scriptures.  I feel he got a bit too sure of himself but don't we all?  I see so many date-setting today that I laugh about it.  We have enough trouble teaching the world the truth of the Bible and every single time someone sets a '"date" and nothing happens, the Church lose even more credibility.  Stop the date setting now. Don't even give your opinion.   IF you must, you need to be very clear what you're basing this on and give scriptures or patterns about why.  Also, admit this is just your own opinion and that that's a significant day on the prophetic timeline but it could mean something else.  We should be leading others TO Him, not away.  I "feel" very sure we ARE at the end of the age but that, to me, means tonight or 50 years from now.  I have no idea how close the birthing pains are getting.  Remember, even in hard labor, there's brief moments of no pain.  ONLY when the baby is on the way right then (within an hour) is it continuous pain.   I am also convinced we are no longer being warned but we've been judged and turned over to a reprobate mind.  Now I can give you many, many reasons (ALL VALID BIBLICALLY AND FROM A WORLD-VIEW) on why but...that does not make me right.  I can sincerely believe this and just as sincerely be wrong.  However, today IS the last day for many.  Whether the rapture or 2nd Coming (whichever theory you adhere to as it is not a salvation issue) is coming any day now or not, no one is promised a tomorrow so we can't afford to wait until September 16, 2017 (random day IF someone sets the date for 9/17/17) as no one (any many won't) have a tomorrow.  Date-setting destroys our credibility and "the world" believes our human errors...no matter how strong we believe nor the reasons for our belief...somehow prove the Bible is fake.   This is becoming a major issue within the Body of Christ and not just the ministers/pastors.  I hear ordinary people do it too.  I'd say something like...from Biblical patterns, significant events of the past and scriptures, I BELIEVE that, say 9/2/17 is going to be a major day in Bible prophecy.  It may be a bang or a whisper but here's why.  Maybe we got the date right, wrong event.  

Second, not a big fan of people of God using their sermons as a commercial to see me and others anything.  The Gospel is freely given so freely give.  You want to sell a book?  Pay to advertise it but don't turn YHWY's house of worship into a den of thieves.  Remember Jesus and the moneychangers in the synagogues.  He was not happy and if Jesus Christ is our sovereign ruler, He is our example and if it upsets Him, we should be too.  There is no twisting or misinterpreting that scripture.  If the book is good and worth reading, people will buy it.  Stop hawking it and using your spreading the truth of God's Word as your podium of advertisement.  Make a video strictly about it and post that.  Leave it out of your teaching.

Third, stop judging a man of God based on what other men may or may not be.  He's on Sid Roth a lot.  Not my favorite pastor.  I do not agree with much of what HE says (Roth) but that does not mean that what another man of God on his show says is wrong.  I say use ANY platform you can to speak the truth.  I find most of what he says credible, enlightening and based on the Bible.  He's human and makes mistakes just like you.  My best advice, you stay grounded in God's Word so when our Spiritual leaders make a mistake, we know it.  It's not up to them to keep you knowledgeable in His Word, it is up to you and if you don't, you WILL be deceived by someone who is doing it intentionally, for gain and power (Joel O'Steen, for example).  Take responsibility, learn to discern and just because someone makes one mistake does not mean it all is wrong.  He's no more perfect than you and me.

The Necessity of the Cross

Colossians 2:13-15

What does the cross mean to you? Many people in the world today view it as a symbol of Christianity, but stop and think about what it represented in Christ's day. Nobody wore a miniature cross around the neck or displayed one in a place of worship. The cross was a torturous means of execution, and the mere thought of it was repulsive.

Yet believers throughout the ages have chosen this as the sign of their faith. In fact, to remove the cross from our teaching and theology would leave nothing but an empty, powerless religion. The subjects of death, blood, and sacrifice have become unpopular in many churches because they're unpleasant and uncomfortable topics. We'd prefer to hear about the love of God, not the suffering of Jesus.

But let me ask you this: How could anyone be saved if Christ had not been crucified? Some people think all you have to do to receive God's forgiveness is ask Him for it. But a sinner's request can never be the basis for His forgiveness. He would cease to be holy and just if no penalty was imposed for sin. According to Scripture, there can be no forgiveness without the shedding of blood (Heb. 9:22). Christ had to bear the punishment for our sin in order for God to grant us forgiveness.

Every time you see a cross, remember what it really was--an instrument of execution. Then thank Jesus that He was willing to be crucified so the Father could forgive you of sin. Though the scene of your redemption was horrendous, Christ turned the cross into a place of great triumph.

MUCH LOVE (AND LOVE MUCH) IN CHRIST JESUS!

Very interesting video on the Judgment of God.  Are we being judged by God now?  I believe we are and I also fear we've been given over to a reprobate mind.  Look at the world around you.  Unbelief is astounding!  I don't see the Church growing yet I've been having dreams about floods BUT not in a bad way.   Not one person is hurt, the water comes closer each and every time I dream about it and there's no fear.  In fact, people are running towards it!  I wonder if this isn't about an outpouring coming soon of the Holy Spirit on this world.  Oh, how I pray it is.  It's not prophetic that I'm aware of but I'm hearing a lot of people speaking of dreams about water, tsunamis and floods.  Some are good, others not.  Mine are good.  I believe we're just about to get drenched in the Holy Spirit and many will come to Jesus Christ so keep sharing the Gospel.  They may not listen today but soon, they may remember your words.  You lead, God saves!  Enjoy!

WE ARE BLESSED!

We are a blessed people!  Give Him the glory and praise!  I have planned to be reading and visiting my communities, doing my blog but God had other plans for me.  My relationships are being restored, thank you Jesus!  I talked to two of my daughters today and it was amazing.  I feel so blessed.  So, starting Monday I will get back to business, doing my blog but tomorrow is my day for church and family.  I'm not in a Spiritual valley anymore and I've been praying a lot.  I feel so close to Him.  I'm also dropping many groups because of the time issue.  If I dropped yours, send me an invite and so long as they aren't duplicates of other groups, I will rejoin but I've found that on about half, the same people are on each one and it's just duplicate shares.  So if I'm on more than one of somebody's group, I'm going to stay on the largest and unjoin the others UNLESS they are different.  I just can't keep up and that makes me feel really bad.  You guys are so important to me.  I'm on some animal groups that I will stay on as well and share as they are fun and funny.  I LOVE God's creations, especially animals. 

If you are a member of one of my pages, feel free to post anything that is clean and does not dishonor our God and Savior, Christ Jesus or the Holy Spirit.  Animal videos/pics, especially the funny ones are wonderful.  I love to see His creations...including and especially us children of God....play!  He gave us laughter, a child-like wonder and it brings no dishonor to Him to use these gifts.  I say to not use joy, happiness, etc. would be to deny some of THE most awesome blessings He bestowed upon us.  While absolutely nothing sexual is allowed (any you know what I mean by that), sex was a great gift given to marriage.  It is not just for pro-creation.  However, we abuse and misuse all His good gifts.  Recipes, jokes, practical jokes, etc. please share.  We need to laugh, especially today.  Find the good in everything and laugh at yourself when you're silly.  Play and be a child.  Bring Him honor and glory!  You won't be effective in spreading the Gospel if you're wound up tight and have no fun!  Be the example!  Little children were drawn to Christ Jesus.  One thing is for sure, children do not feel "drawn" to adults who are super serious and have no fun.  Share and have fun.  Just in all we do, we are the LIGHT OF THE WORLD; SALT OF THE EARTH.

However, I plan to do my blog each day and will visit a few pages too but I will be taking more time off for my family, church and community.  We are needed in the world.  Go feed the hungry and always share the Gospel...First Corinthians 15:1-11!

PRAYER FOR SYRIA AND THE WORLD!

We know, unfortunately, we are never going to have "peace on earth" until after our God and Savior returns.  However, man's inhumanity to man has gotten out of control.  Pray for the victims, their loved ones and pray for a quick end to this inhumanity.  It must stop and evil exists.  As the saying goes...Evil triumphs when good men do nothing.  We can pray and that's power.  God bless and I will be doing my blog each day but had to drop most of my communities due to lack of time.  Please feel free to join mine.  God bless and pray for our president that he always does what is right and just.  He needs us whether you like him or not.  Roar like a lion!!!!
