BIBLE CODES IN THE OLD TESTAMENT

I'm sharing this video not because I particularly like, endorse or even agree with this televangelists.  I have to admit, I have a very low opinion of them.  Some (well most) are doctrinal but others are personal.  Do not ever let my personal "petty" feelings about anyone affect who YOU believe so long as you are sure they're teaching the right Gospel and Jesus Christ.  Now, all pastors will get things wrong as they are fallen humans too.  I'm talking about these new churches that outright defy and go against the clear language of the Word of God.  PLEASE don't sow "money seeds" into ministries who promise you great financial gain, credit card debt wiped out.  Think about not only WHO God is but also WHO He is NOT.  Charging something on a credit card that you know you cannot afford (not talking to those who have a financial crisis but wilfully doing this) and then asking God to take that away, do you think He will?  He tells us how to not get into crushing debt and doing that is no different than stealing, is it?  Knowingly writing a check without the money in the bank is a crime.  It's considered theft.  Will He help you out of it?  Absolutely He will.  However, Mike Murdock promises you if you want a specific credit card debt wiped out, use THAT card and sow a "seed" on it of $1,000 and it will disappear.  God will somehow help you when you just willfully disobeyed His word?  He has never done that for me or anyone I've talked to.  All they ended up with was an even higher amount of debt to pay off.  If you dare question this "seed sowing" doctrine that has just now come to light, their answer will be something like this...you didn't have enough faith.  God only rewards the faithful.  It is YOUR fault.  Well, it is.  However, he preys on the desperate, the needy and poor.  That is despicable.  God promises you that ALL things will work out for the good to those who love Him and are called according to His purposes.  Every credit card supplier has some wonderful ways to help you without stealing and without disobeying the Word of God.  Also, never forget God KNOWS your heart and the circumstances.  If you take out a loan today and in 3 months your house crumbles and you are wiped out financially, that's different.  Always search the scriptures to see if what anyone tells you withstands scripture.  Of course you will be forgiven but woe unto that false prophet who misled you.  It is my greatest hope that any church who teaches this and defrauds the needy and preys on them in this way is prosecuted.  Give all you can and will.  God loves a cheerful giver.

The reason I'm sharing this is because I myself have found some very interesting verses than 20 years go would not have made a bit of sense.  Today, I have to wonder.  It's in Genesis and it says "Homosexuality is abomination."  Not is AN but is.  I seriously doubt it meant a thing but it's interesting and made me rethink scripture.  Homosexual marriage became legal under Obama.  Was it a bad sentence or was it a hint.  There were no vowels in Hebrew, they had to guess so it could be Obamanation or Obama NATION.  No big deal, I just got interested and started looking for patterns, names, meanings of names, and there is so much more to Psalm than meets the eye.  Check out Discover Ministries and the pastor (can't spell his last name but first is Steve and he is awesome) as he has some very interesting prophetic insights in Psalm.  Some have been fulfilled.  One last thing and not sure what it means but supposedly Psalm 117 = 2017.  Go read it.  Only 2 verses and see what it says.  Shortest verse, praising God.  Enjoy!

God bless you all and I know many don't believe in the Bible Code but I do.  I've seen too many that it cannot be a coincidence.  Please keep an open mind.

GOD'S PERFECT WORD, WILLIAM TYNDALE AND TITHING!

We all know that the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God.  It is infallible, inerrant and cannot be disproven, no matter how many theories and imaginations of man.  I've read it my whole life and never gave it much thought on how we got it in English and other languages.  I was just very glad we did but when I got curious and did a bit of research, thinking it would be a quick, short story, I found it so amazing that I knew, without a doubt, that the Bible is true.  Not a doubt.

Some of you may already know the truth about the KJV Bible, others (like me), may think it was just like all other books, translated so others could read it too in their language.  I even believed for 98% of my life that King James of England had commissioned it to be written for "the common man."  How wrong I was.  It's not short, nor boring but if you take the time to read Widipedia's account of everything that occurred because Mr. Tyndale did this in defiance of the Roman Catholic Church who demanded King James put him under the death sentence to prevent it from happening, you will know there's so much more to the Bible than meets the eye.  Our Bible, the one we live by, almost never happened.  It was by the GRACE OF GOD we do have it and many of our Church Fathers were taught the truth.  He worked tirelessly and it is THE closest Bible to the original text that is humanly possible.  It's perfect with no mistakes of any importance.

William Tyndale @ Christianity.com (site is down for maintenance right now)
William Tyndale Google Search (just to make it easier, many awesome sites on here)

I want YOU to find a lot of info for yourself as I don't want to take away anything you will be so blessed by finding out but William Tyndale invented the printing press so it could be printed rather than hand-written so as many as wanted it, would have access to it 100% complete.  I imagine he had so many people working 24/7, meticulously working, probably with little to no pay as it was a dark and well hidden secret since he had to stay hidden but ultimately he was martyred for it by King James.  I find it stunning (and not in a good way but I don't know of a better word to use here) that he had the nerve (King James) to take it as his own work and took credit for it being written.  The arrogance and hypocrisy of some people is just unbelievable to me.  I'm not sure at what part of the Reformation this occurred but I do seem to remember it was a major part of it.

In a non-Spiritual way, which to me makes it even MORE perfect, is that back then, people like us didn't know how to read.  They depended on the Papacy to translate the Bible and tell them what it said.  They were adamant that we not know because of the lies and assumptions.  They built St. Peter's Basillica in Rome by selling "indulgences" which they claimed you could buy to get a lost loved one who'd passed away, a way into Heaven.  Well, Jesus Christ said "I AM the way, the truth and the life.  No man cometh unto the Father EXCEPT through me.  Sorry, I use caps for emphasis, not yelling.  I'm sure you already knew that, lol.  I tend to try to use humor as it is a special and awesome gift from God when used for His glory.  Playing and being joyous even if not in worship does bring Him honor and glory.  I bet Jesus was a lot of fun to be around as a child.  They were drawn to Him.  Children don't like being around super-serious, no play/no fun adults.  I imagine the fun they had with Him.  Children are special.  So pure, so innocent.  Too bad that fades so quickly.  Sorry, back to reading.  People started wanting to read the Bible so the demand for literacy began.  They found they loved reading and the demand for more books began. Most were Spiritual at the time BUT I do not in my heart believe that books (fiction or non-fiction; Spiritual or not) are bad or good.  Of course there's some that's so unbelievably wrong why they're legal is beyond my comprehension and movies/TV, I cannot believe the absolute filth I hear, not necessarily on the show but the commercials.  They are the absolute worst.  I record what I watch so I can FF through them.  Oh, and I saw a commercial not long ago about chocolate. THIS is what we have reduced SIN to...the ad said (as the ultra-undressed, over-sexed woman bit into a piece of chocolate) "Live SINFULLY."  Are you kidding me?  Sin today is to eat a piece of chocolate but beheading someone because they believe in Jesus Christ is okay in the name of Islam?  Chocolate/beheading.  Hmmm, tough one.

To me, the Bible is my direct and personal line to God YHWH.  Yes, I find it appalling that I have to specify God's name because He has become anything or everyone to people  God is whoever you WANT Him to be.  I guess it's "God by any other name..." type of thinking.  No, Islams and Christians do NOT worship the same God.  We have a choice of 2, one of which IS God and the other just wants to be God.  That "thing" is confusing.  he's not stupid (and I hate dignifying him by capitalizing his name so even though it's not grammatically correct, I don't care, I'm changing it to a lower case h.  he knows the Bible better than any man who ever lived yet he still thinks he has a chance.  I guess knowing the Bible and believing it is 2 different things but...he KNEW God. So he did whatever he could to keep the Bible from ever reaching us but to me just proves how true it really is.  It's about 5,000 years old, never disproven, and is still being taught as truth today. It's not mythology, not in a museum of how it use to be.  It's as real to us now as it was to Peter, maybe even more so.  We have advantages they didn't have.  We see fulfilled prophecy today. The "explosion of knowledge" the Bible refers to is as much Spiritual as secular.  New insights to foretold prophecy is coming to light.  We are the fulfillment of Daniel. The angel told Daniel to seal up the book.  It was not for him but for the end of the ages.  It couldn't be understood...yet. That book, more than meets the eye and unless your Spiritual eyes and heart are wide-open, it WILL seem foolish but unharden your heart, open your eyes and LISTEN, you'll d Him.  He isn't hidden and there is NOTHING you can't know.

Again, this is based on facts, personal experiences and my thoughts which are always based on scripture. It is not doctrine or necessarily the truth but when you want to know something, what is the very first thing you do?  It's as natural as breathing, dear ones.  Think!  YOU ASK.  Ask Him anything.  Seek ye FIRST the Kingdom of God... and then "Ask, seek, knock."  And get real on prayer and this "ask" thing.   God is never going to give you the winning lottery numbers.  He may put money in your bank account you have NO IDEA where it came from (TWICE) but it was exactly what you need.  I know what some are thinking, if you gave more, you'd have gotten more.  Nonsense.  For one, I had $20 for me to buy myself something.  I'm kinda cheap so that was a lot of money for me.  However, I'd been blessed earlier in the week with saving $1200/year and while it wasn't "physical money," I saw no difference.  So I decided I wanted to give something back and I was going to give away $5 but heard who and how much I was to give.  Awesome story.  Anyway, I was blessed that night of buying over $300 worth of food for less than $150.  Maybe I'm simple or I don't get it but to me, I see that as a financial blessing.  However, maybe, just maybe, there's truth to that.  Maybe God gives you what you expect Him to give you.  If you give because some "man of God" told you that IF you give him (pastor, not God) your money, God will reward you by wiping out debt or getting a stack of $100 bills.  If you want to use God as your stock broker, that's your choice but I like the blessings so much more than the money.  I can't count the times He's blessed me monetarily but it has never once depended on what I gave, not once.  He gives at HIS pleasure.  I got to see the Northern Lights from the Grand Canyon.  That is RARE and you have to be in the right spot, the right time and be looking at THE perfect spot in order to see it. Anybody can go to New Zealand, Norway or wherever they are but to me, I never expected that but yet there I was.  I felt like I was literally in His presence.  You go ahead and want your money back if money means so much but you'll fare better with an accountant.  Maybe God will, I don't know but I'll take the blessings.  If I wanted money, I'd hire a stock broker but His money, if He does give it back, I'm just gonna give it away so I'll take the money, great way to help more  Giving is a genuine joy to me.  God is my reason for breathing.  Financial increase is a means in which I can make another person's life a little better. We are not required to tithe and if we were, churches have messed that up horribly.  There were specific commandments on how those tithes were to be used and it is nothing like what the physical churches do. LEARN TO UNLEARN THE LIES.  Those who know this and have the guts to tell the truth to their flock, they get an average of 22% of their congregation's income.  In stark contrast, those who demand 10% get exactly that, down to the very penny.  Maybe they'll be a bit generous in offerings but not usually.  The suffer the worst.  God is NOT money and if so, why did Jesus Christ tell us that "money is the ROOT of ALL evil?"  Maybe we should take a lesson from those who actually tell us what God says.  NOVEL IDEA. Have we turned God's house of worship into a den of thieves?  I wonder....

Be blessed this week, much love in Christ Jesus and be Holy Spirit filled.  It's a renewable form of energy so you never have to worry about refills, lol.  Our God is awesome!  SPREAD THE GOOD NEWS TO THE WORLD.  FIRST CORINTHIANS 15:1-11!

RESURRECTION DAY IS HERE! THANK YOU, CHRIST JESUS

Not so much for Spiritual or legalistic reasons but because I view Sunday as my one day with my husband and fur babies and we enjoy our lives, all things we do, doing our best to bring Honor and Glory to God Almighty.  It just so happens that Sunday is the one day every week where we are totally free from any obligations.  No shopping, unless it's quick, I can cook if I choose or not, but just be thankful for God, our family, our marriage.  So, I don't usually do my blog on Sunday nor visit many Google pages UNLESS I want to.   If David is reading and I choose, I do but I feel no obligation to anyone but God today.   He is my sole focus in everything I do.  My marriage is a gift.  I don't put His gifts in a box and keep them to look at.  I ENJOY THEM to the fullest.  I don't always have time other days but Sundays, I do. It's subject to change and if so, I'll choose another worship day.  Now, that is 100% freedom in Christ Jesus.  We can worship Him 24/7 anywhere and any time.

However, I do feel a strong obligation today to tell you this...Victory is won!  We are free and salvation is finished.  You're free.  Today that tomb was found empty.  Why put a cross on your wall?  Me, I want to see that empty grave.  What a day that must have been.  Do this, take a journey in time and imagine what His Apostles must have thought.  Wow!  Just wow!  God bless you all and much, much love in Christ Jesus.

NOW, YOU ARE COMMANDED TO GO OUT INTO THE WORLD TO THE OUTERMOST PARTS OF IT AND PROCLAIM THIS GOOD NEWS.  IF ALL YOU DO IS BE A KEYBOARD OR PRAYER WARRIOR, WE ARE ALL CALLED TO A PURPOSE AND MAYBE THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE MEANT TO DO.  NEVER DOWNPLAY OR THINK YOURSELF LESS OR BETTER THAN THOSE WHO ARE CALLED TO WHAT APPEARS TO BE A HIGHER CALLING. WE ARE ONE.  FOOT OR HEAD, WE MUST WORK IN HARMONY AND THERE ARE NO UNNEEDED PARTS.  GO!

THE MEANING OF EASTER - WHAT DOES A CHILD THINK?

What do kids think?  Have you ever watched a re-run of the Art Linkletter show, “Kids Say the Darnedest Things?”  The crux of this great TV show centered on Linkletter asking kids to respond to all sorts of questions.  Of course, kids will say the darnedest things and those responses would get a laugh and entertain audiences young and old.
During their interaction with Linkletter, kids would respond by spouting off the first thing that came to their precious little minds. The show was such a big hit, later in 1998, Bill Cosby aired a similar version of it as he interacted with kids ranging in age from 3 - 8 years old.
Easter is fast approaching and within a few days many people around the world will celebrate this extraordinary Christian holiday.  On Easter Sunday many families will dress up in clothes purchased just for this special day…and they’ll attend Easter worship services at their local church.  Easter Sunday is, without a doubt, one of the most attended church services throughout the year. Millions of people, both young and old, will attend an Easter morning service, but many of them will not attend church any other time of the year.
Why is this so?  Perhaps it is because of the significance of Easter to our faith…that isthe importance of the sacrificial death for the remission of our sins and the glorious resurrection of or our Lord Jesus Christ.  Without the sacrificial death and the resurrection of Jesus, we would have no hope for an eternal future and therefore, would be destined to spiritual death and separation from God forever.  Perhaps people come to church only on Easter Sunday because of this reality…or just to make them feel better throughout the rest of the year.  Either way, Easter Sunday is celebrated by many people around the world and to Christians, this day is the most important and significant time in Jesus’ ministry on earth.
Most children’s ministry programs will engage their children in special activities and
teach biblical lessons as they embrace and remember the death, burial, and
resurrection of Jesus Christ, the risen Lord.  To understand the faith of a child, spend
some time asking them questions about Jesus…and then write down their responses.

Children will give honest answers and will delight you with their faith in Jesus.
Encourage them to think as you disciple them and teach them the truth of Scripture.  Let
a child bless you this year and touch your heart by asking them this very simple
question; “What does Easter mean to you?”

Adrianna, age 5, answered the question this way...
"It’s when Jesus died on the cross and rose again."

Luke, age 6, when asked, "What does Easter mean to you?" responded with the
following thoughts...

“What we celebrate on Easter Sunday, is that Jesus rose from the dead.  You see,
Jesus died on the cross and then 3 days later He rose from the dead. It was God's plan
so our sins would be forgiven.  In the olden days (Old Testament) they would sacrifice
animals so their sins would be forgiven.  Jesus is the perfect sacrifice for our sins to be
forgiven.  And He only died once.  There were 2 men who also were crucified with Him,
but they were criminals.  They did bad things to get punished and crucified. Jesus
never did anything wrong.  He was perfect. Then 40 days later He ascended into
heaven.  One day I will see Jesus in heaven and we will have a big new house.
Oh, and I really do like all the candy… is that ok?”

Alena, age 7, had this to say about Easter...

"It means He died on a Friday-Good Friday and rose on a Sunday. And he is a really
good man.  It was a miracle.  And now He like helps people...so they can live with no
problems....well not any problems...but like...well it’s complicated.  Like when I am really
upset and I tell daddy I can't calm down and he says yes you can because Jesus will
help you."

Through the eyes of a child we can learn about faith, the faith of a child that Jesus
spoke about in Mark 10:13-16.  Use this time of year to tell the story about how Jesus
died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins…but He rose again and defeated
death on the third day (Matt. 27:45-28:10); and He is now seated at the right hand of
our Father in heaven, always making intercession on our behalf Col. 3:1 & Heb. 7:25.

As Children’s Ministry Leaders, engage the children and encourage them to embrace
the risen Lord, for His glorious resurrection is the reason for our celebration.  Hallelujah
to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords…Christ the Lord is indeed risen!  Have a
very Blessed Easter!
