" The Next BIG THING ? "

I don't know about you but I am sick of all the hype for the next Big Thing in the electronic field !!!! Sick, Sick, Sick to death at how fast and how much all these companies spend on making everyone believe they need the next Big Thing in IPhones, IPads, Smart TV's, Smart Watches, Digital Cameras, etc. You know what I am talking about. Those commercials that show the guy with the broken glass screen on his Iphone but can't get an upgrade because it is too soon. Or the 2 guys barbecuing and the one shows the other his new IPhone and the other gets his, what looks like a Trac phone, out of his pocket and the other guys says that's "vintage". They buy the latest gadget, get it home, unwrap it and look up and see on TV the next Big Thing that makes what they bought seem out of date or obsolete !!!

I have a Trac Phone and I only know how to use about 1/4 of the things on it, just enough to be able to call & get calls. The only cameras I have in the house take 110 film, which they don't make anymore. This laptop that I am using we got in Nov.2010 because we needed a way to look at real estate listings in Florida, where we moved to in June 2013. Now I use it like the encyclopedia Britannica, as a look up tool. I have a few pictures on it but can't print. I used to be on FB but it was too crude for civil eyes to look at so I got off of that.

I have managed to figure out how to do this blog, but probably not as well as it could be done. I know a lot of people that are in the same boat as my husband and I. We know just enough about the couple of pieces of electronics that we have, to be dangerous !!! The next Big Thing in electronics for us has got to be some kind of a camera so that when we travel around the country and visit family and friends we can take pictures, but I am scared to death to have to try and half figure out another electronic gadget !!!

Now you may be wondering what the next Big Thing in electronics has to do with a blog about the WORD of TRUTH, well I'll tell you. GOD's WORD is the same yesterday, today and forever AMEN !!! Like GOD HIMSELF, HIS WORD does not change. I can open my Bible and HIS Truth is always and forever settled in heaven. HIS WORD does not say one thing one day then change because someone thinks that it's old or obsolete. HIS WORD is even more for today than ever before. We as GOD's people need to be in HIS WORD on a daily basis, singing HIS praises in our hearts every moment and leaning on HIS ever powerful right arm for our strength and comfort.

IF YOU'RE NOT one of HIS children then you need to accept what HIS SON, JESUS CHRIST did for you on the cross of Calvary. GOD the FATHER sent GOD the SON ( JESUS CHRIST ) to earth to pay the price for mankind's sin, your sin & my sin. As sinners we all are in desperate need of a SAVIOR, the ONE and only SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST. Pray now, believing in your heart that you are a sinner, that JESUS died to pay the price for your sin, that HE rose again and is sitting at the right hand of the FATHER praying and interceding on our behalf. Pray for HIM to forgive you and for HIM to come into your heart and save you, HE will.
AND YOU WON'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE, JESUS IS ALL YOU'LL EVER NEED !!!

I AM NOT CATHOLIC AND DO NOT WORSHIP MARY BUT....THIS IS HOW LOW THIS WORLD HAS SUNK!

It would be considered very unusual for me to share anything pro-RCC and you know that by previous posts. However, I received this in my email and I did sign the petition, not because I worship or pray to Mary, but because she is the earthly care-giver of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I do not believe she is a "goddess" as the Catholics do BUT she is a very BLESSED WOMAN. She was devout and pure but still a human...and a fallen one. I'm sure she sinned as we all do but she remained pure in body, Spirit and mind. She served the Living God YHWH and He chose her. The Bible even says she lived out her life pondering (or wondering) what had really happened to her. Now if she was a "goddess" as they claim, she would have no need to wonder as God knows all. Even in their statement of faith, they have (assumed) in parentheses around it. But, as usual, I wander off topic.

As anti-RCC as I am, even I was horrified at this. Oh, and I had MUCH to say in the email. I will say this to you. Homosexuality was, is and always will be a sin, even an abomination, before YHWH. I plan on writing a post in regards to homosexuality and how the Church...the BODY OF CHRIST...has turned a blind-eye to this issue and have compromised the Word of God. We can't be un-PC, right? That and feminism is 2 of the biggest reasons for our downfall but more on that soon and back to this horrible and blasphemous "play" that's about to start. Even if you are't RCC, I hope you'll show your outrage and stop being silent. We are descending into hell on earth. I cannot begin to imagine what reality hell really is going to be like. I pray to never know. God bless and pray, it's our only weapon. Have we become an apostate church?

I have been contemplating the existence of God for quite some time and have trouble putting it into words. Not whether God exists or not, but of the nature of God, of His mightiness, His greatness, His majesty, and His love for us.

I have a sense of the unimaginable depths of just how great God is, not that I know, and that’s my point, none of us really do nor can we!

Several years ago I had a supernatural experience with God, an experience which has changed my life forever. I was at the lowest of lows, at the bottom of the pit, walking through the valley of the shadow of death. I had no where else to turn but to God, I was completely broken and to the point of being suicidal.

One day all alone, I fell to my knees, weeping tears of pain, anguish, and desperation. I called out to God to please help me! No sooner than I could finish that sentence an overwhelming sense of peace and comfort came upon me. I felt the presence of God! I could see Jesus either in a vision or in my mind’s eye, regardless I saw him. He stood in front of me yet above me with open arms, beckoning me to come to Him, and I did.

I was wrapped in a blanket of warmth and peace, filled to the brim and over flowing with God’s presence. I have no other way to explain it other than I truly believe that I was anointed by Jesus! He filled me with His Holy Spirit, surrounded me with His presence, and gave me everything that I needed and hoped for. It was electrifying, intense, and supernatural!

He began leading me in His word, in fact it was the Holy Spirit who told me to start this website, I had no idea what a blog was at the time, this was almost five years ago. He told me that this would be my ministry, that I would warn people of the closeness of His coming, that I would relate to the world what is happening with bible prophecy. He told me that if just one person comes to Christ and is born again that it would all be worth it. He gave me a ministry of encouragement and of community within the body of Christ.

How can I explain in words just what this was actually like? How can I convey the greatness and the glory of God in mere words?

A few months later the good Lord anointed me with His love, that’s the only way I can explain it. I wrote a post about this, but once again, I don’t think that mere words do it justice. I felt an overpowering love, love that flowed in me and through me, as if rivers of living water engulfed my very soul. I felt the strongest need to just go out and tell people that I love them, that God loves them! To tell people that they are cared for, and that there is nothing greater than God’s love for us! I don’t remember now just how long that lasted, but for me it surely wasn’t long enough, and I want it again!

I wrote about these two experiences that I had not to boast, but to illustrate that God is so much more than we really know. That His depths are infinite, that His ways are so much better than we could ever know in this life time. To try and explain just how great God is would be like trying to explain the universe to a four-year old!

I don’t know just how great God is or how magnificent and majestic, but I do know this, just as Moses was only allowed to see just a glimpse of God’s glory, I was able to feel just a glimpse of His comfort, and get just a taste of His love. I believe that I would not have lived to see another day if God would have shown me all of His love or all of His power and glory, just as Moses would not have survived if he saw any more of the glory of God.

As humans we are so finite, so small compared to God. Our ways are not His ways, and our thoughts are not His thoughts. Our tiny human brains could not comprehend just how great God really is! But we can sure get a glimpse of Him, we can begin to know Him and to understand Him.

For some reason that I do not truly understand, I feel a strong need to tell people just how great God is, but as a human with a human mind and brain I cannot find the words to appropriately and rightly do so. I do know this, God is so much bigger than we give Him credit for, and many of us put God in a box, taking Him out only when we are in need of something.

Everything in this universe is created by Elohim, nothing that exists could exist without God. Everything in the universe is held together by Jesus Christ, and it all exists for Him! If our universe is as big as we think it is, and most of us could not even comprehend that, then how much bigger is the God who created it all?!

As I sit and write this post I can feel the Holy Spirit moving within me, giving me encouragement, giving me comfort.

Jesus Christ came to this earth as a man and God, yet He humbled Himself to the point of being mocked, scorned, and crucified. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords, yet when He lived on earth as a man He wore a crown of thorns! But now He sits in heaven not only as the King of the universe, but as our High priest.

We must not take for granted what God has in store for us once we get to heaven, for I believe that it will be much grander than anything we could imagine, just as God is much bigger than we can now imagine! Jesus lived on earth as a priest, yet humbled Himself before men, He came as a King, yet lived as a popper. However, once in heaven He took the throne as the ruler of the universe! The High priest above all others!

Jesus has made all believers kings and priests as well, and don’t you think that once we get to heaven we shall be much better than we are now?! I sure do! I believe that there is so much more in store for us, that we will be made much, much better than we are now. And we shall live lowly and humble lives while here on earth if we are true to our calling, just as Christ did. Yet I believe that we shall be raised up to rule and reign, to have authority over what God gives to us.

Once in heaven we will have no more sin, for it shall all be wiped away, as if it never happened! We will be as white as snow, even as Christ is. And this is how our Father in heaven sees us, as He also sees His Son. We will have eternity to know God, to love Him, and to cherish His intense and never-ending love for us!

HOW MANY BELIEVE THAT "HELL" WILL BE A CONSCIOUS AND EVERLASTING PLACE?

I just posted what is sure to be controversial to many on the subject of hell. While I hate the thoughts of it being very literal, it won't change God's plan. However, how many of you believe that it's real and how many think you'll be judged, found guilty and know you missed out on living in a pure, perfect world with Jesus Christ? I know it's a very hard topic to deal with. If we say it's not real, then how many will say, I don't care? Will our spreading the Gospel be effective without mentioning that there will be a very bad consequence to rejecting our God and Savior? He says that HE is the way, the truth and the LIFE. No man cometh unto the Father EXCEPT through Him and I believe Him! There is no other path but the one that leads to Him. No one is excluded. I just want to hear what you guys believe on this very critical part of the Word of God?

GOD BLESS AND SHARE THE GOSPEL NOW! NO ONE SHOULD EVER WISH THIS ON THEMSELVES. GOD SENDS NO ONE TO ETERNAL DAMNATION, THEY CHOOSE IT FOR THEMSELVES!

The Plan of Salvation...

LIVE FOREVER?

I know that many, if not all, are going to have an issue on his opinion on HELL. I admit, it's something I don't want to believe because I know so many in my life that, well, aren't going to make it to Heaven. Yes, that is my term for the Kingdom of God! I sure don't like the thought of them being destroyed but nor do I like the idea of eternal damnation either. IF I had a say, and I do not, I would rather they be destroyed than live eternally in hell. However, I disagree on one MAJOR verse in the scripture. We shall all be raised, some to eternal life and others to everlasting contempt. Is hell for real? I hope never to know but just the thought of missing out on life eternal WITH Jesus Christ is worse than anything. Even if it just meant I'd die, I still wouldn't change my faith in Jesus Christ! Not for anything.

Can you live without Jesus? Since the beginning of creation, Satan has planted the greatest deception in human history. The belief that we will still live without the blood of Christ. This is a deception that is was not only believed by Adam and Eve, but is also believed today. Many religions today have teachings of no death, such as Buddhism, which believes you will just be reincarnated over and over. Many new age teachings that all roads lead to Heaven, but as Jesus said “ I am the way , the truth, and the life. Nobody comes to the Father (God) except through me (John 14:6)

Has Satans deceptive ideas found its way into Christianity? Many Christians believe in the doctrine of “Hell” which people will be tortured for all eternity. Doesn’t that contradict the Word of God?

but from the fruit of the tree which is in the middle of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat from it or touch it, or you will die.'" Genesis 3:3

God told Adam and Eve if they ate from the forbidden tree they would die, not be cast into a eternal torture chamber somewhere. If they were kept alive to be tortured this would contradict Gods word.

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

God is very clear the wages of sin is death not eternal torture. However, the good news (gospel) is there is eternal life through Jesus Christ! Don’t fall for the great deception of Satan, the wicked will be destroyed (Psalm 37:38)

Make Jesus (Yeshua) your Lord and Savior today, repent of your sins and be washed by the blood of Christ to inherit eternal life Amen

SPIRITUAL WARFARE

Spiritual Warfare

Spiritual Warfare is a subject that is often discussed when followers of Jesus are gathered together in public worship or conversations in homes and public places. Often the subject of Spiritual Warfare is muddled with and including Religious Warfare in the same conversation.

Is Spiritual Warfare real or is it just a Christian “fairy tale?” If the bible is true, and it is, then you must embrace that there is a spiritual battle that exists between God and Satan. This war was being waged before God placed man and woman in the garden.

Satan was created as a very important part of God’s domain,

“Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.” Ezekiel 28:13

Satan was a walking, one-angle, instrumental extravaganza. His important place in God’s garden was to be his downfall.

The bible makes clear that Satan sought to overthrow God in a coup that struck him down from the service and presence of God, not only him but also his host of angles. Satan was cast out of God’s court because of his pride,

“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.”

How has humanity become involved in this battle between Satan and God? When God recreated earth to accommodate Adam and Eve and their descendants, Satan’s domain was reduced from a beautiful, powerful creature in God’s garden to, “the prince of the power of the air.” In the failure in the garden, God’s judgment against the serpent possessed by Satan gives us the image we still use today to define the nature of Satan’s character. God changed what was most likely one of the most intelligent and beautiful creatures in the garden into a creature that is despised and rejected by most of all humanity, “upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life." CJ Lovik’s work, Hebrew in 3d, reveals a great insight hidden in the word Satan. Lovik’s whiteboard presentation is well worth the few minutes it takes to view it. Satan, having failed in his attempted coup in God’s garden, now wages his war in the domain of mankind, earth. The Apostle Paul makes this observation of Satan’s war against God when he declares that Satan is now,

“the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:”

Having lost his attempted overthrow of God, Satan now has refocused his war on God’s creation. Spiritual Warfare on earth took a new twist when Jesus came as the Saviour that took away the power of Satan over the sin nature of humanity.

All who are born as offspring of Adam are born with a sin nature,

“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”

This sinful condition is often referred to as “original sin,” this sinful condition was the result of Satan’s victory over Adam’s faithfulness to God.

BIBLE STUDY ON THE "SERMON ON THE MOUNT" (PART 1 OF 11) - SERMON BY J. VERNON McGEE

This is often called the GREATEST SERMON EVER PREACHED and I happen to agree. However, it is not always easily rightly interpreted. Some, I've heard, preach that Christ Jesus means for us to literally cut off our hands or pluck out our eyes. I disagree because He goes on to say "that it's better to enter the Kingdom of God maimed or blind..." but we KNOW that when we get there, we will be whole, no sickness, disease, no missing limbs, etc. I truly believe that people who hold to this is not understanding what Jesus is saying here. I also believe, as Pastor McGee does, is that the Olivet Discourse (Sermon on the Mount) is not just confined to Matthew 5-7 but s a part of ALL of His teachings. It's powerful but I have problems understanding much of the chapters where it is recorded in Matthew. I have a great commentary that I really want to read but it got lost and when we moved, I found it and it's here somewhere. I am going to find that book tonight. It's by Oswald Chambers, written back in the 1800s, I believe, and as we know, if it was right then, it's true today as God never changes. In fact, I prefer to get my Bible studies from older pastors. You can order this book online along with a devotional for each day of the year called "My Utmost For His Highest" by Oswald Chambers. I use to post but haven't in awhile but since I'm changing what I share, I think I'll resume. Maybe not every single day but at least 2-3 times per week. Google him and these are the only 2 he wrote as he died fairly young (in his 40s). Enjoy this sermon and please share!

This video is done by a man of God, a pastor in the U.K. It's kind of long but he show how it's done, why these people who believe they've been healed after one of these services. Lies and deception in our churches just really upsets me. So many desperate people, looking for healing and trusting that God needs man to heal, it breaks my heart. YES, GOD HEALS TODAY! He is not a respecter of ANY man. All anyone has to to is pray, have others pray as there is POWER in prayer, and if it is God's WILL to heal, He will. Only through the Father, Son and Holy Spirit can a TRUE miracle occur. That "evil thing" can only lie, deceive and imitate and it never lasts. Interesting video.
