THANK YOU MY FATHER IN HEAVEN FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW!

I believe every professing Christian should live what they say.  I'll share a really good song about this at the end.  I just made a post about giving thanks to God, especially when we all have "one of THOSE days" when everything seems to go wrong.  No matter how bad it gets, you can always find at least 10 things each day to be grateful for.  I read this in an inspirational newsletter but I'm taking it a step further.  I think we should also find at least 10 things to be excited about for the gift of another day of life.  So, I shall start and please, feel free to share your lists with us too!

Dear God, My Father in Heaven I thank you for allowing me to come boldly into Your presence through the blood of Your Son, Yeshua ah Messiach.  Today I am grateful for the following...

Thank you for the time I got to share with David tonight without arguing;
Thank you for the graham cracker crumbs that I love to eat
For not being too cold while riding my bike to the store
For the thief who tried to steal our bikes last night being unable to take them
For the amazing golden nugget of truth I learned about Your Holy Word
For having enough money on my debit card so that I didn't go into overdraft
That my electricity didn't go out
That my husband got home safely
That David (hubby) met his quota and now his commission goes from $2 to $5 ea
That my sister had another day being cancer-free

Tomorrow, I am excited that I get to worship and glorify you by...

Going to a new church I love for the first time
I get to hear a performance at church using only bells
I get another day to share the Gospel
I will fellowship with my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus
David and I have a "date"
I get to cook and bake
I get to sign up for stained glass making classes and it is so affordable
If it rains, I get to spend more time building my Gospel and other blog for You
If it doesn't rain, David and I are going for another 5 mile bike ride
A day when you will find ways to delight, amaze and bless me with surprises!

I am always grateful for the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, for without that, we would have no hope, no life, no salvation.  As much as that cross is shameful, as much as it breaks my heart, it means we are free from sin and hell.  That is the greatest gift ever given.  I absolutely love the empty tomb!

AND IN ALL THINGS GIVE THANKS

I know all have had those days when from the moment you open your eyes until you finally go to bed (and fall asleep), nothing seems to go right.  There's not enough hot water, no milk for your kids' cereal, you're running late and your boss is in a bad mood.  You get to work and find out you wore two different shoes.  And that's the best the day seems to bring.  We all have them and we all love to whine about them but what we should do, we don't.  We never give God thanks for the good and bad things in our life.  Remember that in Romans (8:28) says "for as we know, ALL things work to the good for those who love the Lord and are called according to His purposes."

You can't always change your circumstances but you can change your thinking.  If you're late, maybe God caused the delay because otherwise you would have been in a bad car accident.  Maybe you wore two different shoes and made a joke about it because a co-worker was feeling very embarrassed or ashamed of their clothing, perhaps wearing the wrong kind of clothes, but you put her at ease by showing we all are human and make some really stupid mistakes, lol.  We never know how our lives and the way we react to our circumstances will impact another's life.  Whether it is good or bad depends on the choice you make.

Brothers too!

So, especially on those kind of days, do these two things.  Find at least 10 things (and don't use the same ones over and over) that you are truly grateful for that particular day.  After that, think of 10 things you are excited about for the next day.  Maybe you're going out to eat, meeting a friend for lunch or just spending 30 minutes alone reading the Word of God.  I promise you it can change your POV and make a positive impact on others.  We are to be the LIGHT OF THE WORLD AND SALT OF THE EARTH.  Let your light shine!  Don't take everything, especially yourself, so seriously.  This is all temporary.  Show grace, mercy and compassion and go out and find ways to please God.  Faith is an action word too.  Today, I am especially grateful for each and every one of my brothers and sisters in Christ on social media.  God bless and much love in Christ Jesus!

please feel free to share this and anything else I write with my express permission.  I do not need or want recognition.  I spoke the words but they're all in the dictionary so the words aren't mine alone.  God gave us all the ability to communicate!

be always blessed!

3 AMAZING HIDDEN MESSAGES FOUND IN THE BIBLE

This is really interesting.  It has nothing to do with a "Bible Code" or Jewish mysticism or anything like that.  Facts are facts and names mean what they mean.  Numbers are absolutes and Jewish customs and knowing the basics can really make the Bible much easier to understand.  Have you ever read a random verse and wonder why it was mentioned?  It seems to have no real relevance or meaning, nor a reason to even mention it.  The mystery of the folded napkin, the 3rd one, is really amazing to me.  It changes nothing as far as doctrine or Biblical teachings but just shows how amazing our God truly is and the information He left for us to know that the Bible is true.  It's getting harder and harder NOT to believe.

Also, do any of you ever talk to people who STILL claim that Jesus of Nazareth is a myth?  There is more "proof" of Christ Jesus living than Augustus and Julius Caesar, Alexander the Great and many other historical figures that we KNOW lived.  A famous atheist in Germany said that if an atheist wanted to maintain ANY credibility that to deny He lived is ludicrous.  You can debate whether He is the Son of God all you want but you can no longer deny He lived and now it's getting extremely close to proving that He did, in fact, rise from the dead.  Of course the Bible tells us this but to the unbeliever, Scripture is foolishness since it must be Spiritually discerned but there's actually more secular proof of His resurrection than the Biblical account.  You really should research how we got the Bible and how they decided which ones to include and exclude such as the Gospel of Thomas, Judas and Mary.  I don't remember exactly how they could tell they were inspired writings by the Holy Spirit but there is a method that is infallible.  I'll be quiet now and go watch this short video.  It's not hidden, it's there for all to see but most don't take the time.  I thank our Living Father in Heaven that there are people who do take the time to learn this amazing little surprises that will surprise and delight you.  God bless and much love in Christ Jesus.

I go to my new church for the first time tomorrow and they're doing a musical thing using only bells.  I'm going to record it on my cell phone and, if I can figure out how, I plan to upload it and will share it with you guys.  I've never seen anything like it.  I got to hear a minute or two of them practicing and it is beautiful.  I've been busy living this week.  My depression is gone and I am FREE.  I missed you guys but I felt let out of prison and I got to get out and share the Gospel a bit.  It was awesome and can't wait to do it again.  However, you and my online "ministry," (for lack of a better word) is very important as is my new one...Bread and Water Healing Hands Ministry.  I will share it later this month after I get it built.  This one will require a lot of real time participation and is not just to share pictures and videos.  Oh, I will but so much more.

I just noticed the picture looks like this will be a silly and unBiblical or mocking video but it's not...not at all!  I don't know why they used this picture (I don't care for it, to be honest) but I love the message.  Hmmmm, made me just think of Christ Jesus.  I got convicted just now.  I judged this by its outward appearance.  I almost passed it by and if I had, I would not have been delighted.  I love it when God's Word surprises me with the truth and it's simple, not hidden, but there for anyone who truly desires (and knows how) to do this.  One is the meaning of the names from Adam to Noah; the second is about how the Bible foretold exactly when the flood was going to occur and the third is all about the custom of the Jews and their servants and how they knew when their master was done with the meal and when they were....watch to find out!  It's amazing!
