NEW BLOG

Because of my problems typing, and I was too immature in the WORD and posted so many errors and false teachings by mistake, I am starting a new blog.  I will have it started in less than 2 weeks.  please subscribe to my new one.  Also, let me know if I spread anything untrue.  Lastly, just because I post a sermon doesn't mean I endorse it or all that says.  I won't knowingly spread false doctrine but we can agree to disagree on minor issues    Please contact me with any issues, errors and, of course, compliments, lol.  I will also post fun and funny things; anything RELEVANT to politics; Hebrew words; and recipes.

I WANT TO TEACH, LEARN, LOVE AND LAUGH.

Ado ask that you are careful on contemporary musiv because many of these songs are not Godly so be discerning.  Dallas Holm is awesome.

LAST, this is grace alone; through faith alone; in Jesus Christ alone.  We should do good works as much as we can but what counts as "good works" anyway?  There's many ways to do good deeds, not just money as many have no money.  LOVE GOG, LOVE OTHERS....THE 2 GREATEST COMMANDMENTS.

God bless and much love in Christ Jesus.  also, I love you as you are my dear friends,  Please send me articles, Scripture, and anything that helps us on our journy home.

Acts 3:37 (KJV ONLY)

WE NEVER WALK ALONE

Matt.28:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Hebrews 4:
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 13:
5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
KNOWN TO GOD WHO LOVED US THEN!
Eph.1:
4 according as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:5 having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 to the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.7 in whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

TALK THE FAITH AND WALK THE TALK

Let's look carefully at the encounter Jesus had with Satan. IT WAS PREDESTINED! Our life in Christ was predestined. No moment in the life God gave us is meaningless. One day we will see Jesus face to face. At that moment we will have been perfected by Him. And we will know Him as He is with eyes of unhindered sight and without a sin nature! This is an incredible reality that awaits us.
Matthew 4:
4 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. 2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. 3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. 4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, 6 and saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. 7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; 9 and saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. 10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. 11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
By the way, Satan certainly attacked our Lord on many occasions after this one. We can be sure that God's faithful will always be subject to attacks from demons. That's their job! They serve Satan BUT they are under God! Created by God, they are not separate from His will for His Glory. REMEMBER JOB.
So count it a good sign ! Yes, a good sign when under attack. Attacks can be subtle as Satan tried with Jesus! "IF YOU ARE THE SON OF GOD..." then show me PROOF! Certainly Jesus could have said (if he was prideful which he was not and would not sin! OK Satan watch this...!) And how did Jesus respond?
BY SCRIPTURE.
He did not get angry. He did not get upset. He did not hold a grievance afterwards. Jesus knew Satan could not be anything but what he is. This was not a conversion possibility as we have with lost sinners.
THINK THIS WAY. WE NEVER WALK ALONE
God is training us up for more faithful service by all the experiences we have. None are exceptions. Everyday we get up and every thought and experience we have with ourselves and others is another MOMENT IN OUR LIFE'S TIME IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD AND SAVIOR.

SANCTIFICATION

Is a setting apart unto God, is threefold: It is already complete for every saved person because our position toward God is the same as Christ's position. Since we are in Christ, we are set apart unto God in the measure in which Christ is set apart unto God. However we retain our sin nature, which cannot be eradicated in this life. Therefore, while our standing in Christ is perfect our present state is no more perfect than our experience in daily life. There is therefore a progressive sanctification wherein we are to "grow in grace" and to "be changed" by the power of the Holy Spirit.(we sin and sin binds the Spirfit and stops the progression of becoming more holy unto God. Thus we pray daily according to 1 John 1:5-10; 2:1-2). God never leaves us being sealed in us in the Holy Spirit; [Eph. 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption] but will discipline us]: But God will discipline us: Hebrews 12:10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

We believe also that we will be fully sanctified in our yet imperfect state as we are now sanctified in our standing in Christ when we shall see our Lord and shall have been transformed at the moment He calls us up and be "like Him."

1 Cor.15:
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

WE ARE BEING MADE HOLY

John 17:
17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Heb.10:
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Heb.10:
14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. (progressively now and finally at Christ's call to come up)

2 Cor.3:
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

2 Cor. 7: (SIN NOT = do not practice sinning and without conviction by the Holy Spirit which is evidence of not being saved)
7 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Eph.4:
24 and that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Eph.5:
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 that he *might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.* (when we will see Jesus at the rapture we will see Him as He is through eyes without sin anymore! And we will REJOICE in Heaven in the New Jerusalem, our home Jesus prepared for us!

1 Thess.5:
23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

WE NEVER WALK ALONE
God has appointed all our days and RIGHT NOW this is when we are here, and GOD called us into this time and we are in places God has assigned by His will for us as well as choices we make which God knew in advance AND will use for His glory IF WE SUBMIT. What is submit? Walk by the Holy Spirit and NOT our carnal nature. And even this is known by God!
We want to please God. We want to walk and live in the faith we have and that is always through the Holy Spirit. God KNOWS all our sins ! and bled His sinless blood to cover them ALL! ("Propitiation" : AN ATONING SACRIFICE: JESUS PAID OUR SINS DEBT) What a GOD we have! What a Savior!
We are to SUBMIT, in that we are to be led by the Holy Spirit in this truth that nothing that happens and anywhere we are is by chance and does not concern our walk with GOD and our becoming holy like unto Jesus. This we will reach one day when Jesus calls us up. But we are :
ON THE ROAD TOWARDS GLORY AND HE IS LEADING US ACCORDING TO THE EXTENT OF OUR SUBMISSION TO HIS WILL THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT IN US AND BY HIS WORD OF TRUTH
IN THIS UNDERSTANDING THAT NOTHING THAT HAPPENS AND ANYWHERE WE ARE , WE ARE ON GOD TIME AND BY FAITH (according to His word) ENCOUNTER OUR REALITY AND THE GREATER THIS TRUTH IS, THE MORE JESUS LIKE WE ARE LIVING IN HIM ACCORDING TO HIS WORD.
EVERY MOMENT CAN BE A MOMENT THAT OUR HEART BEATS WITH THIS REALITY: GOD IS TRAINING US UP. THE HOLY SPIRIT IS READY 24/7 TO INFORM US AND LEAD US AND BRING TO MIND BY HIS WORD (BIBLE STUDY) SOMETHING FOR GOD AND ANOTHER MOMENT IN HIS TIME (OURS TO REALIZE) WHEN HIS GLORY CAN SHINE THROUGH US .......IF WE FULLY APPRECIATE WE ARE ON:
GOD'S TIME ! & WE NEVER WALK ALONE.

FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD FAITH...NO CONTRADICTIOND

Click here to view this email as a webpage
Question: "Why is faith without works dead?"

Answer:
James says, “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also” (James 2:26). Faith without works is a dead faith because the lack of works reveals an unchanged life or a spiritually dead heart. There are many verses that say that true saving faith will result in a transformed life, that faith is demonstrated by the works we do. How we live reveals what we believe and whether the faith we profess to have is a living faith.

James 2:14–26 is sometimes taken out of context in an attempt to create a works-based system of righteousness, but that is contrary to many other passages of Scripture. James is not saying that our works make us righteous before God but that real saving faith is demonstrated by good works. Works are not the cause of salvation; works are the evidence of salvation. Faith in Christ always results in good works. The person who claims to be a Christian but lives in willful disobedience to Christ has a false or dead faith and is not saved. Paul basically says the same thing in 1 Corinthians 6:9–10. James contrasts two different types of faith—true faith that saves and false faith that is dead.

Many profess to be Christians, but their lives and priorities indicate otherwise. Jesus put it this way: “By their fruits you will know them. Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles? Just so, every good tree bears good fruit, and a rotten tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a rotten tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire. So by their fruits you will know them. Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name? Did we not drive out demons in your name? Did we not do mighty deeds in your name?’ Then I will declare to them solemnly, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you evildoers’” (Matthew 7:16–23).

Notice that the message of Jesus is the same as the message of James. Obedience to God is the mark of true saving faith. James uses the examples of Abraham and Rahab to illustrate the obedience that accompanies salvation. Simply saying we believe in Jesus does not save us, nor does religious service. What saves us is the Holy Spirit’s regeneration of our hearts, and that regeneration will invariably be seen in a life of faith featuring ongoing obedience to God.

Misunderstanding the relationship of faith and works comes from not understanding what the Bible teaches about salvation. There are really two errors in regards to works and faith. The first error is “easy believism,” the teaching that, as long as a person prayed a prayer or said, “I believe in Jesus,” at some point in his life, then he is saved, no matter what. So a person who, as a child, raised his hand in a church service is considered saved, even though he has never shown any desire to walk with God since and is, in fact, living in blatant sin. This teaching, sometimes called “decisional regeneration,” is dangerous and deceptive. The idea that a profession of faith saves a person, even if he lives like the devil afterwards, assumes a new category of believer called the “carnal Christian.” This allows various ungodly lifestyles to be excused: a man may be an unrepentant adulterer, liar, or bank robber, but he’s saved; he’s just “carnal.” Yet, as we can see in James 2, an empty profession of faith—one that does not result in a life of obedience to Christ—is in reality a dead faith that cannot save.

The other error in regards to works and faith is to attempt to make works part of what justifies us before God. The mixture of works and faith to earn salvation is totally contrary to what Scripture teaches. Romans 4:5 says, “To him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness.” James 2:26 says, “Faith without works is dead.” There is no conflict between these two passages. We are justified by grace through faith, and the natural result of faith in the heart is works that all can see. The works that follow salvation do not make us righteous before God; they simply flow from the regenerated heart as naturally as water flows from a spring.

Salvation is a sovereign act of God whereby an unregenerate sinner has the “washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit” poured out on him (Titus 3:5), thereby causing him to be born again (John 3:3). When this happens, God gives the forgiven sinner a new heart and puts a new spirit within him (Ezekiel 36:26). God removes his sin-hardened heart of stone and fills him with the Holy Spirit. The Spirit then causes the saved person to walk in obedience to God’s Word (Ezekiel 36:26–27).

Faith without works is dead because it reveals a heart that has not been transformed by God. When we have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit, our lives will demonstrate that new life. Our works will be characterized by obedience to God. Unseen faith will become seen by the production of the fruit of the Spirit in our lives (Galatians 5:22). Christians belong to Christ, the Good Shepherd. As His sheep we hear His voice and follow Him (John 10:26–30).

Faith without works is dead because faith results in a new creation, not a repetition of the same old patterns of sinful behavior. As Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”

Faith without works is dead because it comes from a heart that has not been regenerated by God. Empty professions of faith have no power to change lives. Those who pay lip service to faith but who do not possess the Spirit will hear Christ Himself say to them, “I never knew you. Depart from me, you evildoers” (Matthew 7:23).
