HOW TO TELL IF YOU'RE GROWING SPIRITUALLY BY "THE BEAT"

No one told me to do this but I do a salvation check-up every 3 to 4 months.  I didn't know it was actually Biblical.  I thought it was a bit "self-righteous."  Not so, the Apostle Paul warns the Church of Corinth to check themselves regularly to make sure they're in the faith.  I don't believe he's speaking of salvation but rather about growth in the Word and that your doctrine is sound.  We all start out as babes no matter what age we choose Jesus Christ as our Savior.  You can remain a baby and still be saved but will you be able to help new babes to the faith?  We shouldn't remain babies nor want to.  We are not going to be judged on what any verse of the Bible means and there's no "test" you have to pass but the more YOU grow, the more you can build up the Church.  Examine yourselves but by His standards and no one else's, especially your own.  Be righteous and holy, not self-righteous and holier-than-thou.  God bless and grow in Jesus Christ...also love much in Him too.  I sure love you guys!

PLEASE PRAY FOR PEACE!  I KNOW WE WANT KNOW TRUE PEACE UNTIL CHRIST RETURNS BUT WE CAN HAVE PEACE IN HEART, WITH OUR NEIGHBORS, FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND ESPECIALLY IN THE BODY OF CHRIST, THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD...FATHER; SON; AND HOLY SPIRIT!
