It's hard for all of us not to have some type of "release valve" to rid ourselves of all the hate, confusion, violence and the utter nonsense of everybody, regardless of their faith and/or political beliefs.  I'm sick of the division in our churches (buildings, not the Body of Christ), our country and our families and other relationships.  No one wins, even if one of the opposing parties gets their way.  It's always temporary.  We can be angry but not sin.  This is about Biblical counseling and positive and Christ-like ways to release the pressure we all feel.  I learned that cursing out a certain "woman" for hating the sound of her voice or the sight of her face makes you feel better temporarily but...it's short-lived.  Forgiveness is the first step even though it's the hardest.  God bless and much love in Christ Jesus.
