In military terminology, the “front line” is defined as the area where opposing armies are most closely and actively engaged in conflict. My buddies, Jason and David Benham, have no doubt been on the front line in the battle to preserve our Christian values in America. Their home State of North Carolina has become the main target of Godless left-wing liberals pushing a radical revolution. The goal of the revolution is to eradicate Judeo-Christian morals and values, redefine Law, and crush Religious Freedom. All-out war has been declared on Holy Bible believers in North Carolina, and if left unchecked, the war will spread rapidly across the Nation. This is why I thank God that He has placed two of His strongest warriors on the front line in this battle. If anyone could successfully stave off the enemies of our God and cause them to retreat, it would be the Benham Brothers. They serve as an example for all Christians, of how to live courageously, fearlessly, and above all FAITHFULLY. All of us need to stand with them, and take careful note of their unwavering faith and Godly stance, because what’s happening in NC can quickly spread like wildfire across the Country.
On March 23rd, North Carolina’s government enacted a Law, entitled HB2 (House Bill 2), which was passed to keep women and children safe from sexual predators. The Law simply requires what has ALWAYS been required in America, that public bathrooms or changing facilities “be designated for and only used by individuals based on their biological sex.” Simply put, if you were born with male parts, you use the men’s restroom. If you were born with a vagina, then you use the women’s room. The “Bathroom Bill” is meant to keep grown men from using the same restroom as little girls. It is INSANE that such a Law would even be up for debate.
HB2 applies only to bathrooms in State government facilities, such as libraries, airports, schools, and highway rest stops. It does not apply to bathrooms in private businesses. It’s also important to note, that this common sense bill was a response to the real RADICAL bill which Charlotte’s leftist Mayor passed with the help of the LGBT lobby, and led by a convicted child molester. Yet, for some reason, the initial bill is never discussed in the national debate, though it was the main reason that HB2 needed to be passed. Perhaps a criminal child molester leading the “human rights campaign” on behalf of the LGBT community might have something to do with it never being mentioned in the liberal media?? HB2 was passed in reaction to that radical Charlotte ordinance that would have required businesses to allow transgender individuals to use the bathroom of their choice.
The LGBT advocacy group, Human Rights Campaign (HRC), and the Obama Administration accuse the State of using the Bill to discriminate against the “transgender” community. Thus, Obama ordered his Justice Department to SUE the State of North Carolina. Attorney General Loretta Lynch argues that HB2 violates parts of the Civil Rights Act and other federal laws. The Obama Administration has also threatened to withhold billions of dollars in federal funding for the State’s agencies and universities because of the Bill. Attorney General Lynch said that North Carolina “created state-sponsored discrimination against transgender individuals.” Meanwhile, NC Governor Pat McCrory accused Obama’s government of “baseless and blatant overreach” in trying to get the State Law scrapped. Unlike other Republican Governors, like Nathan Deal and Mike Pence, North Carolina’s Governor did not cave to public pressure, bullying or boycott threats.
The two men who’ve witnessed firsthand all of the craziness surrounding this common sense law are the Benham Bros. This is happening in their own backyard, and that is why they’ve had the best responses to the liberal media’s accusations of the Law being specifically against LGBT people. They released the statement, “Against LGBT people by not allowing our wives and daughters to be EXPOSED to some dude’s penis in a locker room? (Just gotta say it.) NO, we’re actually for protecting our girls’ privacy in their most vulnerable moments. And to be honest, those who oppose this common-sense protection sure seem to be against protecting our women and children.” RIGHT ON as always. They also said, “Our Christian faith compels us to speak up, whatever the cost. It may not be safe, popular or politically correct, but it is RIGHT.”
AMEN. Sadly though, those who desire to be popular or politically correct today are MANY businesses, entertainers, athletes and even entire sports leagues. A group of nearly 70 businesses have supported the federal government’s efforts to have House Bill 2 declared unconstitutional. Pepsi, Paypal, Nike, Bruce Springsteen, numerous liberal celebrities, the NBA and NCAA have all BOYCOTTED the State of North Carolina. The NBA announced that it’s moving the 2017 All-Star Game from Charlotte. Just today, the NCAA announced it would pull at least 7 Championship events from North Carolina. New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo, BANNED all non-essential State travel to North Carolina due to the passage of the law, along with the Mayors of New York, Seattle and San Francisco. Meanwhile, the HRC and all of these boycotters ignore the fact that 22 other States, along with North Carolina, are challenging the federal government’s overreach concerning “transgender-bathroom” laws. There is a lot of hypocrisy amongst those boycotting NC.
All who are boycotting say that they are fighting “discrimination”, yet what they are doing is complete and utter discrimination in itself. They are discriminating against every Christian and Jew nationally who believe the Word of God. It is an unbridled war on Holy Bible believers, and a collective assault on our beliefs. Obama is suing an entire STATE for refusing to abandon traditional Biblical moral beliefs. While Obama may scare and silence many Christians into submission, the Benham Brothers will not bow out of this fight and will not go quietly into the night. Jason said, “Right here (in North Carolina), we’re doing it. We thank God for our governor and our legislative body. We thank God for our lieutenant governor — who are standing strong and showing young kids what it looks like to STAND when the whole world is coming against you.”
Regarding today’s NCAA announcement, David said, “The NCAA basically is saying, We will HURT you financially if you do not bow to this moral revolution.” He continued, “It (LGBT/Transgender Movement) has went from acceptance to appreciation to celebration and now to FORCED participation.” This is so true. The Godless radical bullies don’t just want to force Gay Marriage and LGBT rights into this Judeo-Christian Nation, they desire to FORCE Christians to accept and even EMBRACE these abominations.
Jason said, “The bottom line is, these transgender bathroom policies, and laws in other states, have little to do with the emotional struggle of the transgender community, but everything to do with a political revolution of the radical left… If Law is based on a subjective standard for people’s COMFORT rather than an objective standard for people’s SAFETY, the only thing that will result is CHAOS.”
Boy did Jay hit the nail on the head. Not only has chaos ensued in our society more so than ever before in recent memory, but it has now found it’s way into America’s schools. Specifically, North Carolina’s schools. As if the Benhams’ didn’t have a tough enough battle as it is, with all the HB2 haters, they now fight not only to defend their wives and daughters from predators in public, but also to protect their children from immoral indoctrination at school! The Charlotte Mecklenburg School Board (CMS) introduced “The Gender Unicorn.” A cuddly innocent looking cartoon creature is being used by teachers to help children explore and discover who they “go to bed as,” and who they would like to “go to bed with”! Again, we’re talking about CHILDREN here!
The Benhams’ described the Gender Unicorn as “Barney with a horn”, so of course kids are attracted to the warm loveable creature. Along with the Unicorn, there is also a Genderbread Person being used to train the kids on “gender identity”.
A CMS Training presentation was even more disturbing, which stated that “Parental involvement is dependent on the STUDENT’S permission”, “Students choose their OWN bathrooms and changing facilities” (meaning boys in girls room and vice versa), “Students can choose the gender they participate with during OVERNIGHT field trips”, and “Students shall not be referred to as ‘boys and girls’ in classrooms, but ‘scholars or students'”. All of this LGBT propaganda being forced on the youth and into the public square in North Carolina, and soon in many other States across the Country, is all part of what the Benhams call the “3 Steps of the Radical Revolution”, which are ~

David explains, “The first thing they do is FRAME the issue, and they frame the issue by creating the conflict and defining the terms.. The Alliance Defending Freedom found that in North Carolina’s history there was NOT ONE case of discrimination against homosexuals or transgenders. So they had to CREATE this issue that somehow transgenders are being discriminated against in bathrooms or in lockers rooms. The next thing they did was FACILITATE support. Paypal, athletes, entertainers, liberal media, NCAA and the NBA are doing the bidding of the HRC who is leading this sexual revolution. The last thing they do is FRACTURE descent, which is when we become haters and bigots.. It’s time for the silent majority to SPEAK UP.”
It sure is. I thank God for the Benham Brothers, as I’ve rarely been able to find Christians in the Media or public eye who aren’t willing to bend or break to please MEN. They are consistent in their beliefs, values and message. In a day and age where many so-called Christian leaders are “evolving” with society to gain more followers, I can always be confident that the Benham Bros will never cease standing FIRMLY on the Word of Almighty God. While most believers today are cowering in the shadows, or whispering their beliefs in public, Jason and David are speaking loudly, clearly and boldly in defense of our Lord and His Truth.
